With a clear and resounding call echoing in her ears, Pastor Delene Martin Mosby embraced her divine mission: "Here am I, send me." As the founder and guiding force behind Transforming Christian Life Ministries Inc., established in 2015, Pastor Mosby embodies a holistic approach to serving the spiritual and earthly needs of humanity. Her unwavering commitment to Christ is evident in her tireless efforts to proclaim, teach, and minister to every facet of human existence, echoing the words of Matthew 25:40 and embracing "the least of these."

Pastor Mosby's journey in Christ began at an early age and has unfolded as a journey of prolific preaching and teaching. Her formative years at Holy Temple Pentecostal Church Inc., under the guidance of Pastor Roberta E. Miller, shaped her spiritual foundation and nurtured her leadership abilities across various ministries. In 1995, Pastor Mosby initiated a Youth Bible Study Ministry, marking a significant milestone in her service to God's people. Over two decades, she ascended in ministry, becoming a Licensed Minister in 1995 and a Licensed Elder in 1999.

Guided by the Spirit's leading, Pastor Mosby transitioned to Trinity New Birth International Christian Ministries Inc., under the mentorship of Bishop Isabelle E. Grant. There, she served as an Associate Elder, contributing her wisdom and leadership to the church's Adult Sunday School and Women's Ministry. Bishop Grant's influence empowered Pastor Mosby to discern God's vision for her divine assignment, with ongoing spiritual support from Trinity New Birth International Christian Ministries Inc. and fellowship with Gates of Heaven Assemblies of Churches under Presiding Prelate Bishop Maureen L Davis.

Throughout her spiritual and civic endeavors, Pastor Mosby has garnered recognition from local and national entities for her tireless dedication to uplifting communities through ministry. Complementing her spiritual calling, Pastor Mosby holds a Master’s of Science degree in Adult Education specializing in Family Counseling, obtained in 2000, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology from Coppin State University. She furthered her theological education with Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the North Carolina School of Theology.

In her 24-year tenure with the Baltimore City Department of Social Services, Pastor Mosby addressed the needs of vulnerable children and families, earning accolades such as the Certificate of Recognition from Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake in 2016 and the Governor’s Citation from the State of Maryland for outstanding service.

As Pastor Mosby embraces full-time ministry, she recognizes that each day brings a new chapter in her divine destiny. Her favorite scriptures, Psalms 20:7 and 27:13, serve as steadfast reminders of her unwavering trust in the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord.
