With a resounding call echoing in her ears, Pastor Delene Martin Mosby embraced her divine mission: "Here am I, send me." As the founder and guiding force behind Transforming Christian Life Ministries Inc., established in 2015, Pastor Mosby embodies a holistic approach to serving the spiritual and earthly needs of humanity. Her unwavering commitment to Christ is evident in her tireless efforts to proclaim, teach, and minister to every facet of human existence, echoing the words of Matthew 25:40 and embracing "the least of these." Pastor Mosby's journey began at Holy Temple Pentecostal Church Inc., under Pastor Roberta E. Miller's guidance, shaping her spiritual foundation and nurturing her leadership abilities across various ministries. Over two decades, she ascended in ministry, becoming a Licensed Minister in 1995 and a Licensed Elder in 1999. Guided by the Spirit's leading, she transitioned to Trinity New Birth International Christian Ministries Inc., under Bishop Isabelle E. Grant's mentorship, serving as an Associate Elder, contributing her wisdom and leadership to the church's Adult Sunday School and Women's Ministry. Throughout her spiritual and civic endeavors, Pastor Mosby has garnered recognition from local and national entities for her tireless dedication to uplifting communities through ministry. Complementing her spiritual calling, she holds a M.S., TH and B., TH from North Carolina School of Theology in addition to a Master of Science degree in Adult Education specializing in Family Counseling and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology from Coppin State University. In her 24-year tenure with the Baltimore City Department of Social Services, Pastor Mosby addressed the needs of vulnerable children and families, earning accolades such as the Certificate of Recognition from Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake in 2016 and the Governor’s Citation from the State of Maryland for outstanding service. As Pastor Mosby embraces full-time ministry, she recognizes that each day brings a new chapter in her divine destiny, steadfastly guided by her favorite scriptures, Psalms 20:7 and 27:13, which serve as reminders of her unwavering trust in the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord.
